General Instruction

S100 series snap-action switch is a kind of limit switch with elastic flip capability. One of its features is the switching speed is independent of the actuation speed, which makes it excellently suitable for low actuation speed limit switch and mechanical status testing, etc.
S100 series snap-action switch is provided with a positive switch off mechanism. Even when short circuit, the welded contact pieces still can be switched off compulsively by external force, thus the snap action switch can build safety circuits.
S100 series snap-action with self cleaning contacts can protect against dust, humidity and pollution agents to maintain high reliability and sensitivity even at small contact load. Thus S100 series snap-action switch is suitable for automatic operation, interlocking in low voltage and current, etc.
Stable contact of the S100 series snap-action switch is made of silver with copper plating, moving contact is made of elastic phosphor copper with silver alloy contact point, it`s advanced in small dimensions, controlling reliability and high capability of current flow, etc.

Service Condition
1.Ambient temperature:-40℃～+70℃.
2.Altitude:the installation spot is supposed not to exceed 5000m.
3.Humidity:the average value of relative humidity is max 95%, the average value of vapor pressure is max 2.2kPa in condition within 24 hours.the monthly average value of relative humidity is max 90%, the monthly average value of vapor pressure is max 1.8kPa.
4.Vibration acceleration is max 15m/s2.
5.There should be no evident air pollutions from dust, smoke, corrosives and combustible gas, vapor or salty fog.

Installation and Operation
Please refer to switch draft of dimension.
Keep the switch element fastened at points and the max torque of the fixing screws is 0.7Nm. All the dimensions of switching element must be subject to the mounting plate, and the interstice should be within the allowed max value. Please use insulating plates when mounting on uninsulated surfaces as safeguard. The safeguard insulating plate must be flame retardant and in high compressive strength.
